SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Our goal is to process orders of in-stock merchandise within 48 hours (2 business days) of receipt. All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday from 9am - 8pm. An adult signature will be required upon delivery. Gembright cannot be held responsible for any unanticipated delivery delays beyond Gembright's control.
U.S.A & Canada
We ship with FedEx Express delivery with signature required for all U.S orders. Your order should arrive in 2-3 business days once you have received an email with confirmation that your order has been shipped.

Once your item(s) have shipped you will receive a confirmation email where you will find a link to track your order. In order to check the status of your shipment just click on the link, here you will also have the option of opting in for text updates. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been delivered.

- Rinse your jewelry with clear water after being exposed to salt water.
Yes, water activities are okay. If you do get in contact with salt water, it's best to rinse your jewelry piece well.
RETURNS
Merchandise purchased on www.gembrightusa.com may be returned for exchange or full refund within fifteen (15) days from the date of delivery.
Contact us by email or by Whatsapp at (718) 473-7931 to obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a Return Label that will be sent to you via email. The item(s) you return must be unworn, and presented with its appropriate sales invoice and all original packaging, tags, and enclosures. Any return which does not meet all the requirements above will not be accepted.
